Students will gain knowledge of avian (poultry) clinical anatomy and physiology, nutrition, basic management, clinical signs of common diseases / disorders, generation of differential diagnoses lists, development of diagnostic plans, treatment, control, and prevention strategies. The course stresses critical thinking and problem solving.
